Privacy

Settings

Necessary storage is required for operation and is therefore always active. Everything else stays off until you switch it on. Your choice applies immediately and is kept in this browser until you change it here.

When you withdraw consent, optional services are switched off and known optional cookies of this website are deleted as far as possible from here. Cookies that other providers set on their own domains can only be deleted in your browser settings.

Controller

FIXKOSTENSENKER 360 GmbH, Hertha-Firnberg-Straße 10/2/401, 1100 Wien, Austria, represented by its managing director Michael Kolar. Email: hello@greenampere.at. GREEN AMPERE is a brand of FIXKOSTENSENKER 360 GmbH.

No data protection officer has been appointed; a statutory obligation to appoint one under Art. 37 GDPR is kept under review. This policy is a carefully prepared technical and organisational documentation of what the website does and does not constitute legal advice approved by a lawyer.

Principle

This website sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or recognizing visitors. No third-party analytics, advertising or embedding services are integrated, and no external media are loaded.

Fonts are served locally. Loading the page creates no connection to external servers other than the hosting provider that delivers the website.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When a page is opened, the server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser and device information, and error data.

The sole purpose of these server logs is the secure and stable delivery of the website, error analysis and abuse prevention. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in functioning and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The retention period follows the period configured with or contractually provided by the hosting provider. Provider's privacy notice: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Cookies, local storage and consent

Only technically necessary values are stored in the browser (Section 165(3) TKG 2021): your privacy decision (version, time and selected categories, without a user ID) and the appearance you chose, light or dark, each in this browser's local storage. These values do not leave your device.

While you fill in a check, the details stay in the browser on the device (session storage) and are discarded when the tab is closed. Nothing is transmitted while the questions are being answered.

Optional categories — preferences, statistics, marketing and external media — are switched off by default and not preselected; no service is currently integrated in any of these categories. If your browser sends a privacy signal (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), it counts as a refusal of optional categories unless you choose otherwise.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Settings” above or via the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of every page. Should an optional service be used later, it will first be described in this policy and your consent will be requested again.

Smart Home Check and Smart Building Check

The details from the two checks are used solely to handle the inquiry. They are transmitted only when they are explicitly submitted at the end of the flow. The legal basis is the consent you give in the check (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

After submission, the details are not stored on this website but transmitted server-side to the CRM system HubSpot: contact details (first and last name, email address and, where given, phone number, postal code, company and role) are stored as a contact, the answers from the check as a note on the contact, together with an internal task for follow-up. If the email address is already known there, stored details are not overwritten.

For customers in the European Economic Area, the provider is HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland. Depending on the processing, data may also be processed by affiliated companies in the USA (see transfers to third countries). Provider's privacy notice: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy

No HubSpot tracking code, chat or embedded HubSpot form is integrated on this website; HubSpot receives no data when the website is merely opened. The details are not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. They are deleted once the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Transfers to third countries

With the providers used (Vercel, HubSpot), processing may also take place outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. Depending on the case, the providers cite adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

No completed review of individual contracts, standard contractual clauses or certifications of our own is claimed here. The agreements and settings of the accounts in use are decisive.

Retention period

Your details are stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. Where processing is based on your consent, the details are stored until you withdraw it. Beyond that, data is stored only where statutory retention obligations apply or where this is necessary to defend against legal claims.

Specific periods are only stated here if they have actually been defined and technically implemented; blanket period statements are deliberately avoided. The locally stored privacy decision remains until it is changed, the version is increased or the browser data is deleted.

Your rights

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18) of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may also object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

For all of these matters, including the withdrawal of consent, you can reach us by email at hello@greenampere.at.

There is no solely automated decision-making, including profiling, with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The first assessment at the end of a check is a non-binding orientation, not a decision about you.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, https://www.dsb.gv.at
