About Green Ampere

We don't build houses. We build the intelligence behind them.

Green Ampere started with an observation: buildings keep getting more technology and none of it makes them any smarter. Because nobody is responsible for the building as a whole.

Intelligence is the purpose. Sustainability is the consequence.

Plan a building well and it uses less. The other way around — saving first and hoping intelligence follows — rarely works.

We don't sell devices.

Our recommendation doesn't depend on which product currently carries the best margin. We select what works together.

The client doesn't have to understand the technology.

The technology has to understand what the client needs. Anything else is a user manual with better design.

What we don't know, we don't claim.

No invented benefits, no borrowed logos, no percentages without measurement. Not on this website either.

Role

What we do — and what others do.

Green Ampere is the central planning and coordinating party in a project. We survey what is already there, design the system architecture, select the technology, bring the trades together and set up the automation.

The hands-on work — electrical installation, heating, plumbing, security technology and everything else that requires a licensed trade — is carried out by qualified trade partners. We coordinate them; we do not replace them.

This separation is deliberate and is set down in writing in every project, so that responsibilities are unambiguous for everyone involved.

Implementation by qualified trade partners.

A building can do more. When everything talks to everything else.
